I can say that this is a great option for life and investment, the project seemed to make me fall in love with it and since I really want to preserve our nature, it is very important for me that this condominium will be the first one in Phuket that cares about the preservation of nature and takes resources from it in a natural way. Plus they will make sure that my investments work themselves without my participation, thanks to full management and a hotel license. I recommend everyone to pay attention to this wonderful complex. I highly recommend this project due to its excellent location. One of my favorite aspects is that it’s slightly set back from the main road, offering a more peaceful environment while still being extremely convenient. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the main road, and directly opposite is Tesco Lotus Bangtao, which adds great convenience for daily needs. The project also features beautiful mountain views.

I bought several apartments in this project for rent. Very responsive team, personal approach and they promise favorable conditions. They gave a convenient installment plan. The project has all the documents in order, I conducted my own legal review in an independent Thai company. They are being built by the best construction company on the island.
Overall, I am happy with the purchase, my apartments are already 5% more expensive than I bought them, and only 4 months have passed.
